FAQ: About the instruction of trouble display

1. E6 means air duct blocked.

Clean the air duct, including brush head, aluminum tube, dust container, etc.If error again, please feel free to let us know. 

2. E2 means host overcurrent.

If water get in the cordless vacuum, place it in a dry and ventilated place, wait for the vacuum to dry before use. If the main motor blocked, check the main motor or other reasons, please feel free to let us know.

Great value

Not sure about battery life, havent used it enough to find out. Bought for traveling (rv) but used for a week in a cabin with 4 dogs and lots of dust. Love the adjustable power and bendable pole for under things. Swivels well AND has a light!! I have a dyson, cant say this is more reliable due to lack of use but definitely has great features and did a great job on this trip.

so cool

Very user friendly. Not too small, not too big. Actually more than what I was expected even after watching the video. It does the job, goes to the small areas and corners easily. The only down side is that the battery doesn`t last very long if you want to handle more than one room especially if you use it on full power often. I dont regret the purchase one second and it looks kind of cool.

Affordable and easy option for a portable vacuum

For the price, you can't really beat this vacuum. In comparison to a Dyson V6 or Bissel, it does not have as much battery life or suction. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a small, powerful vacuum. I really love the features that this has. Its touch screen, and have lots of variety for suction and power. It is super user friendly and much much lighter than the previously mentioned competitors. If you are going to do doing light to moderate vacuuming, I would use this. This is great for small apartments or rooms, but it for sure would not last long enough to do an entire house. For the value of what this product comes with, I would give it a 4/5 because it does a great job for being so small and because of its affordability.

Its a great product

This is a really well made and easy to use vacuum cleaner. We got it as an addition to our big and bulky vacuum cleaner. It was always a pain to get it set up especially for smaller jobs. This vacuum has been a wonderful addition to our home. It is incredibly portable and very lightweight. We were amazed at the suction power for something so light. I love how maneuverable it is. It gets into hard to reach places with ease and the fact that is flexible is a great feature. In addition to the portability, I really like how quiet it is. It is quite powerful even in ECO mode. This vacuum is also really simple to empty and clean. Press the trigger over a garage can and you're done.

1. Please contact oraimo customer support Care.ae@oraimo.com to initiate a return. State the reason for return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
