1. Please contact oraimo customer support Care.ae@oraimo.com to initiate a return. State the reason for return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
2. oraimo support will arrange a courier to pick up the return item door to door , and send you the courier note including the waybill number and the name of the courier via email.
3. Please prepare the item and print out the courier note in advance for the courier to pick up the items .
4. Please notify us by email when the item has been picked up by the courier.
Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-5 working days.
