Complaints

I have tried to used my coupon cards to redeem or get discounts when buying gadgets, but my state (plateau) and city (Jos) is not there. Please do add this state as some of us don't live in the drop-down menu does not contain some states and cities.

Better than the rest on the market. NO CAP

I've had two of these earphones for at least 6 months at a time and non of them have ever spoiled on me,I have only lost them. These were definitely made to last! Every other earphones I have used would have spoiled within 1 to 2 months of use but these are just on another level. Good job making these Oraimo

Very Disappointed

I waited 11 days only for it to come with one ear louder than the other. it was just like the left ear wasn't there. I'm very Disappointed. You guys just made me waste money on an earphone that doesn't work. I had to throw it away. I had high hopes and respect for this brand. This is the fifth order I made and everything about it was very disappointing. From the long waiting period to the damaged product.

Kinda great

The first one I had wasn't so good. It got busted after two months with that one ear issue. I've had the second one for a month now. I noticed that the sound isn't as heavy as the first day I got it. Perhaps it's the prolonged usage. I play music for several hours daily
